Rev. Paul Hanna

Paul was born into a Christian home just outside Ballynahinch, in the heart of Co. Down, Northern Ireland. He was faithfully taught the Gospel from an early age and as a result he trusted in Christ for salvation as a young boy of seven.
Unfortunately, he drifted into sin during teen years and missed out with the Lord; but through the Godly influence of many good Christian friends and family, and the faithful prayers of God’s people, the Lord brought him back from his backslidden state as a young man of 20 years of age. Since then, the Lord has given Paul many opportunities to serve Him in his local congregation as well as further afield. Early in 2011, the Lord challenged Paul about full-time service, particularly about studying for the Christian ministry in the Whitefield College of the Bible. After graduating from the Whitefield College of the Bible and receiving a congregational call from the Mount Merrion Church in East Belfast; Paul accepted this charge. Rev. Hanna, husband of Esther and father to Bethany and Reuben, is currently serving the LORD as minister of the church and wider area of Mount Merrion.
